Our programs help all our quality Vermont businesses succeed in international markets by providing access to educational seminars, trade show participation, technical assistance, and oneonone consulting services. The State of Vermont will use STEP award funds to support export development for ESBCs by funding participation in the Aero Mart 2017, Solar Power International, and Quebec Showcase international trade shows. Vermont will also offer ExporTech through their NIST Manufacturing Extension Partnership. The Department of Economic Development, a division of the Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Development, will oversee and manage the grant. The funds are used to participate in foreign trade missions, export training and compliance, as well as company website upgrades to reach the international market. The International Trade Administration, U. S.
